BASF's START IN program is a trial period for trainees looking to join their Coatings department. Trainees will gain experience in various production processes and technologies, including asset optimization, investment project planning, and process development. The program is offered in three to six-month locations at BASF Chemetall & Coatings in Langelsheim, Germany, with opportunities for international work or at other BASF locations.
Requirements
- Successfully completed master's degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering with links to chemistry, or comparable courses of study
- Practical experience in engineering, such as internships or student project work
- Initial experience in project management
- Experience abroad (internship, semester abroad, student exchange, etc.)
- Fluent communication in German and English
- Stable communication skills, particularly for the local language
