Job Description
The Meat Cutter role within the Meat and Seafood departments of the Meat and Seafood department requires a skilled individual with a keen eye for Food Safety and Sanitation. Responsibilities include maintaining quality, minimizing product shrink, providing excellent customer service, and managing meat department operations. The role is a fast-paced position focused on customer satisfaction and safety.
Requirements
- Able to order, cut, grind, slice, weigh, wrap and label products.
- Understand and apply meat department safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of meat counter and work areas.
