Job Description
This Meat Cutter position involves daily operations in a meat and seafood department, providing excellent customer service and maintaining food safety standards. The role requires careful handling, cutting, and wrapping of products, as well as accurate inventory and merchandising. This is a customer-facing position with demanding physical requirements.
Requirements
- Ordering, cutting, grinding, slicing, weighing, wrapping and labeling according to quality and food safety.
- Properly handling and using meat department tools and equipment.
- Understanding pricing, signage, and placement.
