Job Description
This AJ's Fine Foods Sushi Chef position involves assisting in prepared foods operations, contributing to sales and customer service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary sushi department. The role requires adherence to safety standards, menu development, and effective communication with other team members.
Requirements
- Responsible for production, ordering and receiving, merchandising, controlling inventory sanitation, and safety within the sushi department.
- Assist with menu planning and development including creativity and experimentation with new trends and menu ideas.
- Maintain a high degree of cleanliness throughout preparation area.
- Operate a cash register including proper cash handling.
- Must be 18 years of age.
