160 - Bashas' Bakery Asst. Team Lead - W. River & Cholla Blvd

An Asst. Bakery Team Lead is responsible for providing superior customer service, leading a successful bakery team, and meeting department goals and objectives while providing customers with product expertise and the freshest, tastiest and best quality bakery products.

Requirements

• Directing bakery department personnel
• Managing and bakery while the bakery team lead is not on duty
• Communicating directly with the bakery team lead, store director and bakery specialist
• Ordering supplies and products necessary to maintain adequate stock levels
• Merchandising bakery goods in accordance with bakery merchandising standards
• Executing and supporting all sales and merchandising initiatives
• Serving as the leader of his/her department, role model, coach, performance evaluator and trainer for his/her team
• Ensuring department and team compliance with health department and weights and measures requirements
• Taking customer orders and ensuring orders are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction
