Job Description
The Asst. Bakery Team Lead role focuses on providing superior customer service and leading a bakery team. This position requires a person who can manage bakery operations, communicate with various departments, and ensure product quality and compliance. They act as a leader, coach, and performance evaluator for the team.
Requirements
- Directly oversee bakery department personnel.
- Manage bakery operations during team lead absence.
