• Managing bakery operations while the bakery team lead is not on duty.
• Communicating with the bakery team lead, store director, and bakery specialist.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Merchandising bakery goods.
• Meeting health department and weight/measure requirements.
• Maintaining a clean work area.
• Wrapping, boxing, weighing, slicing, and finishing bakery products.
• Taking and completing customer orders.
• Understanding shelf placement and product pricing.
