Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Product Owner, Engineering Lead, or similar role
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, low-code tools, and integration technologies
• Ability to design solutions across multiple systems and define clear guidelines on where functionality should live
• Experience supporting physical operations or location-based businesses
• Experience working in multi-entity or franchise environments
• Strong communication skills with both engineers and business stakeholders
