Job Description
Do you want to be part of a globally recognized technology conglomerate within hearing aids, audio, video, and gaming products? The Technical Solution Lead role is part of the Group Digital, Data and IT (DDI) function, responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions within Group Solutions. As a bridge between organizational business requirements and technical capabilities, you will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Rational and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest and skillset for servicing SaaS solutions.
- All-round knowledge of DDI, including IT management set-ups and IT system architecture as well as IT compliance.
- A higher education background at a bachelor’s level within computer science, IT, engineering, or business.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills.
