As Manager, Experience in our Digital Experience Hearing team, you will lead a distributed team of frontend developers and application support specialists and be responsible for selected digital solutions and processes that support our Hearing business.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience within IT, digital, or software development
• Experienced people leader within software development and/or application operations
• Solid experience with agile ways of working
• Comfortable discussing technical solutions, quality, and operations with developers and architects
