Basis is looking for a Revenue Operations Leader to build, lead, and scale the rev ops function at Basis. The role will involve building a high-performing rev ops team, setting GTM strategy & operating cadence, and owning systems & data.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops at high-growth SaaS companies, with at least 2–3 years leading a team
- Deep CRM ownership (Salesforce or HubSpot): account ownership/territories, pipeline hygiene, stage definitions
- Experience running forecasting + pipeline analytics (dashboards, weekly exec-ready views)
- Built and administered commissions plans/processes (or owned the tool + payouts end-end)
- High ownership, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in-person (Manhattan, 5 days/week)
