As the Sales Manager at Basis, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and building a new outbound sales motion. You will design and implement a scalable engine that targets mid-market and enterprise accounting firms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS sales
- At least 2 years in a management or team lead capacity
- Experience building new motions
- Strong knowledge of the accounting industry, fintech, or complex professional services workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build and manage a repeatable sales process
- Experience with modern sales stacks
- Background in accounting or professional services
- Prior experience at a startup during the Seed to Series B transition
