Job Description
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Deployed Intelligence team, where you will be the technical backbone of our customer deployments. You will work closely with DI Strategists to ensure seamless technical integration of Basis into our customers' workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with API integrations, particularly in financial services or enterprise SaaS
- Track record of managing multiple technical deployments simultaneously
- Comfort leading technical troubleshooting calls with customers and internal IT teams
