Unit is a market leader in embedded finance, offering ready-to-launch financial services. We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our Engineering team in New York City, responsible for bridging Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing engineering role
• 2+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS
• Strong technical foundation, including experience working with APIs
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Consultative, customer-first mindset with a track record of understanding and solving client needs
• Genuine enthusiasm for fintech and building the future of financial infrastructure
