Solutions Engineer

First Street is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Solutions Engineering & Client Success team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the asset owner and asset manager space, or at a SaaS company selling into these organizations, along with investment analysis expertise, a sales mindset, and a strong understanding of how climate model outputs are integrated into financial and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in investment or financial organizations
• Established knowledge of real asset and public equity investments
• Ability to understand and communicate complex climate scenario & climate science concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
