Job Description
BAT is looking for a Forecasting & Planning Specialist to lead local demand forecasting and planning to ensure accurate, data-driven predictions across multiple product categories.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related roles, ideally within FMCG
- Proven experience delivering accurate forecasts and supporting inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment
- Confident communicator who can explain complex information clearly and concisely
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI and planning systems required
- Experience with Kinaxis is an advantage
- Professional working proficiency in English
