Lab Technician I

British American Tobacco Indonesia is looking for a Lab Technician in Malang, Indonesia. Key responsibilities include supporting product development and continuous improvement activities, managing product specifications, and coordinating project execution with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science/Engineering/Technology or related field)
• Experience in product development, lab, specification, or technical environments (FMCG/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data interpretation
• Technical/scientific knowledge to support formulation and development work
• Proficient in MS Office and digital systems (SAP or similar tools is a plus)
• Technical report writing and sample/lab preparation capability
• Good English communication (verbal & written) and cross-functional collaboration
