Job Description
BAT is looking for a Solution Manager - Data & Analytics to lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and BI engineers in designing, developing, and continuously enhancing high-quality Data & Analytics products. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, stakeholder management, product ownership, and technical bridge and quality control.
Requirements
- Proven track record in product ownership and operating with a'strategic partner' mindset
- Business-facing D&A experience in a multiculture environment
- At least 4 years of experience developing and leading Data & Analytics / BI systems
- Solid understanding of data governance, data privacy standards, and compliance-by-design principles
