Job Description
VAT Ukraine is seeking a Business Development Representative to implement a trade marketing and distribution model, build relationships with customers, and maintain reporting on the territory and compliance with corporate standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of experience in sales/trade marketing, and excellent knowledge of Ukrainian language. The role involves mobile work, daily physical visits to partners and customers, and continuous verbal communication with customers and trade point staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher education diploma
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/trade marketing
- Valid driving license and driving experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian language
- Desirable level of English proficiency - pre-intermediate and above
- Developed communication and leadership skills
- Analytical thinking and result-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
