Engineering Manager

Job Description: My client is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our successful and expanding team. The role is responsible for growing the business and taking it to the next level, driving site-wide improvements in sales, service, cost, quality and safety.

Requirements

• Overseeing the complete engineering process from enquiries, quotes, specifications, sourcing material, manufacturing, third party contracting, quality checks, delivery and after sales service.
• Managing projects from concept to completion working closely with customers to ensure timescales, costs, quality, safety and legislative standards are met.
• Responsibility for the sales function of the business, building supplier and customer relationships to ensure continued partnership and improve cost efficiency.
