Job Description
Baton is a modern, data-driven marketplace for buying or selling small businesses. As an M&A Advisor, you'll work with owners on listing strategy, offer negotiations, deal structuring, and diligence, and partner with the team to create winning and scalable systems that power Baton's growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of investment banking or M&A advisory or similar finance experience
- 2+ years of professional experience at a high growth company
- Experience interfacing with customers and managing complex interpersonal issues
- Experience with financial modeling, Excel, and CRMs
