Senior Manager, Field Medical Capability Development & Training Lead

The Senior Manager, Field Medical Capability Development & Training Lead is a senior Medical Affairs leader at Bausch Health, responsible for building a sustained enterprise-wide field medical excellence across all therapeutic areas. This role owns the strategy, design, and execution of onboarding, continuous capability development, and performance measurement for Field Medical Affairs.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, MD, PhD, NP, or PA preferred)
• Minimum of 6 years of Medical Affairs experience with significant field-facing background
• 4+ years in a capability/training role for cross-functional field force in Pharma/Biotech industry
• Experience coaching or developing field medical teams
• Strong understanding of field medical operations, including insights gathering, KOL engagement, and compliant scientific exchange
