Manager, Field Clinical

Element Science, Inc. is a medical device and digital health company that is hiring a Manager, Field Clinical to lead the performance, training, and development of the Field Clinical Representative and Patient Service Representative team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, scientific, or clinical discipline; advanced degree or cardiovascular-specific training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device field clinical or field operations, including at least 1 year leading or managing field-based teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to support field team operations, training programs, and clinical implementation across regional sites.
