Job Description
Looking for an experienced ambitious wiring harness technician to help scale production of aerospace harness' used in VTOL UAV's, and satellite communications equipment. As an avionics assembly technician at Baxter Aerospace, you will work on the cutting edge of aerospace innovation, fabricating high-performance harness' for next-generation applications.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. person (Defined as: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or an individual who has been granted asylum or refugee status, in accordance with U.S. export control regulations such as ITAR and EAR.)
- Willing to commute or relocate
- Experience building electrical harness' for the aerospace, motorsport, or automotive industries
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Positive attitude and a commitment toward continuous improvement
- Succeeds at working independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills; not afraid to try new things
- Capable of applying existing skills, acquiring new knowledge, and demonstrating self-motivation to learn independently
