CNA - Post Surgical Unit - FT Nights

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care under the direction of licensed nursing staff in the Post Surgical Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cultural sensitivity, developmental stages of care, and proficiency in basic computer use and electronic documentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and developmental stages of care
• Proficiency in basic computer use and electronic documentation
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
• Previous CNA experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, observational, and communication skills required
