Requirements

• Shared 24/7 accountability with Nursing Operations Manager
• Participates in the recruitment and selection of new team members
• Coordinates with Unit/Department Nursing Operations Manager and Human Resources on corrective action and career advancement
• Maintains oversight of patient flow and intervenes to achieve expected outcomes
• Ensures the customer experience is upheld by all team members
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
