STNA - $1500 Sign-On Bonus!
Requires Ohio State Certification as an STNA. This position is for Part-Time and Full-Time positions
RN or LPN Part-time Weekend Evenings
Completion of RN or LPN program, current RN or LPN license in Ohio, 2 years of long term care experience
RN or LPN Full-Time Evenings
RN or LPN license, 2 years experience in long-term care preferred
Executive Director
Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant field, post-graduate degree in management or relevant field, and 5+ years of senior-level management experience
Food Service Specialist
High school diploma preferred, and demonstrated ability to follow instructions, with food service experience preferred
Nurse Aide/Non-tested - Adult Day
High school diploma, completed Nurse Aide Training Program, and state-tested Nurse Assistant certification preferred
Assistant Director of Nursing
B.S.S. or graduate of accredited school of nursing, R.N. license in Ohio, and 5 years of staff nursing experience
Assisted Living Director
2 years experience in Clinical Nursing and RCF or LTC required, LPN/RN license in Ohio, Infection Preventionist Certification required
