Job Description
This front-line position is responsible for unit morale, internal/external customer (resident/family) satisfaction, and quality of care. The AL Director is responsible for supervision of personnel, quality of resident care, and compliance of Federal, State, and local regulations in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited LPN/RN School of Nursing
- Current LPN/RN license in the State of Ohio
- Infection Preventionist Certification
- PAC training required
- CEAL Certification preferred
