Job Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for the organization and administration of the Nursing Department, promoting quality patient care and a positive work environment through effective leadership and teaming principles.
Requirements
- B.S.S./Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
- R.N. License in the State of Ohio (Gerontology Certification preferred)
- Knowledge of Federal Regulation, Medicare and Medicaid
- Five years of staff nursing, with three years in a supervisory capacity
- Geriatric experience in long-term care required
