Job Description
The Enterprise Account Executive is a strategic, operations-focused role responsible for managing enterprise-level operational, contractual, and readiness infrastructure required to support large, multi-site health system partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare and genetic testing sector, particularly with enterprise systems.
- Understanding of the continuum of care within clinical and diagnostic genetics.
- Proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives and senior leadership in hospital settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of health system operations and governance.
- Experience with EMR integrations (EPIC preferred).
- Familiarity with LSAs, payer workflows, and enterprise onboarding.
