The Student Worker - Baylor TIP LEAD Residential Assistant will provide supervision and mentoring to students in the Baylor TIP Residential Summer Program. They will be responsible for planning and leading evening activities, ensuring student safety and well-being, and supporting students during breakfast and dinner.
Requirements
- 120 credit hours or 2 years of undergraduate coursework
- Content expertise in the area of instruction (e.g., mathematics, engineering etc.) if assigned as a Teaching Assistant
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, families, and other staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in a leadership position
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively problem-solve
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults

- Paid stipend of $750 for a one-week session, with an additional $250 stipend for Lead Residential Advisors
