Residential Assistants (RAs) will provide supervision and mentoring to students in summer residential programs. They will supervise students during meals, plan and lead evening activities, and ensure student safety and well-being.
Requirements
- 120 credit hours or 2 years of undergraduate coursework
- Content expertise in the area of instruction (e.g., mathematics, engineering etc.) if assigned as a Teaching Assistant
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, families, and other staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in a leadership position
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively problem-solve
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults
