Student Worker - Baylor TIP Residential Assistant - BC

The Student Worker - Baylor TIP Residential Assistant position involves supervising students during breakfast and dinner, planning and leading evening activities, and ensuring students' safety and well-being throughout the night. This is a part-time position for the month of June, with a pay rate of $750 for a one-week session.

Requirements

• 120 credit hours or 2 years of undergraduate coursework
• Content expertise in the area of instruction (e.g., mathematics, engineering etc.) if assigned as a Teaching Assistant
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, families, and other staff
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in a leadership position
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to effectively problem-solve
• Experience working with adolescents or young adults
