The Baylor University School of Education's TIP Program is seeking Part-Time Teaching Assistants to support students and instructors. The TAs will assist with planning and implementing lessons, supervise students, and maintain a positive environment. Temporary positions with possibility of extension.
Requirements
- Complete all required trainings and job-specific assignments prior to working with students
- Assist instructor in planning and implementing high-quality lessons
- Create a fun and welcoming environment for all students
- Actively supervise students during assigned times to ensure their safety and well-being
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Assist with logistical running of the program, helping with administrative and operational duties as assigned
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
