Job Description
The Substance Use Counselor will assist patients through medically assisting treatments and offer techniques for handling opioid addiction. The Counselor conducts individual and group sessions to assist with crisis management and coping strategies.
Requirements
- Ohio CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, or LSW.
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals
- Understanding of an EMR system (electronic medical records)
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
