Job Description
Clinical Director for Residential Facility at New Day Recovery, responsible for overseeing and developing the Clinical department, providing clinical training, and managing program growth and sustainability.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
- One to three years of program management experience and staff supervision
- Experience with client billings
- Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices
- Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families
