Job Description
Special Care Hospital Management is looking for a Detox Intake Coordinator to screen and assess patients, develop patient-tailored discharge plans, and perform community outreach telephone calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services
- At least 2 years of social service and/or clinical service work
- Knowledge of addiction and/or dependence
- Substance abuse counselor and/or case manager experience is a plus
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions
- Ability to handle stressful situations and interact with others
