Outreach Coordinator/Community Liaison

BAART Programs is seeking a Community Liaison to promote opioid treatment programs in the Greater Los Angeles region through relationship building, marketing, and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Provides community education on opioid use disorder and conveys benefits of treatment services
• Builds and cultivates relationships with referral sources
• Develops and implements marketing and referral development plans
• Utilizes contact methodologies to achieve maximum reach
• Schedule and complete individual meetings with decision makers and influencers
• Follow up with referral sources after patient referrals
• Develops collaborative relationships with contracted payors
• Coordinates local public relations outreach
• Work with clinical teams to develop messaging around service offerings
• Provides staff training and coaching for customer service delivery
• Maintains a detailed customer relationship database system
• Track, monitor and report changes in the marketplace
• Submit regular and requested reports
