Requirements

• ASUDC, CASUDC, CASUDC-I, SUDC, CSUDC, CSUD-I, LMHC, CMHC, LPS, LCSW, CSW, or SSW in the state of Utah.
• Associates and/or bachelor’s in behavioral sciences
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen
