Area Director Government

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic business professional to join our team as the Area Director for our government-funded branch. The Area Director will oversee all facets of local branch operations, including business development, human resources, budget and finance, quality management, information systems, and compliance.

Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a health-related discipline
• At least five (5) years of progressively responsible recent experience in management, two of which were at a supervisory level and preferably in a health care setting
• Solid knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of business development and sustainability, operations management, service delivery and contract compliance, financial management and control, program development, implementation and evaluation, and human resources practices
