Job Description
Bayshore HealthCare is a leading provider of home and community health care services, seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leadership and Branch HR representatives to provide expertise and support in HR management.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- CHRP designation (or working toward) preferred
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or managing HR professionals
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, influence outcomes, and provide trusted HR counsel
- Experience leading organizational design, change management, and workforce optimization initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of federal and provincial employment legislation across Canada
- Experience supporting both unionized and non-unionized environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, sensitive employee relations matters
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to operational and financial objectives
- Advanced communication and relationship-building skills
