Job Description
Shared Value Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the organization's growth and development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR and a strong understanding of human resource disciplines. The role will involve partnering with leaders to identify workforce challenges and developing practical action plans aligned with strategic change.
Requirements
- CHRP or CHRL Designation, or a degree in Labour Relations or similar
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Experience working with Indigenous-led or community-focused organizations is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including health & safety, employee relations, diversity & inclusion and performance management
- Strong experience with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Dropbox, project management software, etc.)
