Job Description
We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Practice (MCP) to provide clinical leadership and ensure excellence in client care, promoting full-scope clinical practice, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (LPN/RN)
- Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
- CPR certification and negative TB status
- Specialty nursing certifications (e.g., CNA, LEAP, deSouza) are an asset
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership or supervisory nursing experience (community setting preferred)
- Experience leading training and education initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR practices and policy interpretation
- Business development experience is an asset
