Social Worker

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Social Workers to join their team. As a Social Worker, you will create special moments for clients and provide outstanding care by adapting social work principles and practices to the community setting.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing of the Ontario College of Certified Social Workers and Social Service Workers
• General computer skills and access to a computer with appropriate password protection and internet capabilities
• Minimum of two (2) years of community-based therapy experience
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• Ability to drive and hold a current, valid driver's license
• Police clearance (Vulnerable Sector Check)
• Current CPR certificate (CPR-C or BLS)
• Strong work ethic with commitment to regular attendance
