Job Description
We are seeking passionate and caring Social Workers to join our amazing team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Social Worker, you will create special moments for clients each and every day by providing outstanding care and adapting social work principles and practices to the community setting.
Requirements
- Active member in good standing of the Ontario College of Certified Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- General computer skills and access to a computer with appropriate password protection and internet capabilities
- Minimum of two (2) years of community-based therapy experience
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Ability to drive and hold a current, valid driver's license
- Current CPR certificate (CPR-C or BLS)
- Strong work ethic with commitment to regular attendance
