As an Operations Excellence Executive, you will develop, test and refine business processes and practices to increase efficiency and workflow within the environment.
Requirements
- Masters/MBA and PMP in I.T or computer sciences
- 2+ years of Zendesk administration. Entrepreneurial and high growth tech firm experience preferred.
- Experience in handling multiple projects, project management and coordination with stakeholders
