Quantity Surveyor

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost management, efficient subcontract administration, timely client invoicing, and maintaining financial compliance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. In this role, you will manage and control all project costs from pitch to completion, and prepare and review client invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil & Architecture or any related major
• 11 years of experience in construction and quantity surveying across high-profile projects such as hotels, commercial complexes, metro construction, and townships.
• Familiarity with the KSA real estate business and industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Excel.
• Extensive experience in cost control, estimation, and quantity surveying.
• Strong understanding of MEP items and relevant BOQs.
