As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team. You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivate and train the attitudes and habits of a buyer's agent as they should be committed to putting their clients first and winning leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field
- Requires a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the real estate field
- Valid KSA licence required
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Strong Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong Decision-making skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
