Job Description
As a Sales Team Leader, you will supervise real estate sales agents, build a strong sales team, and mentor agents to success. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, including scheduling appointments, providing feedback, and ensuring the sales team has everything they need to do their jobs well.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field
- 5 years sales experience in the real estate field
- Valid KSA licence
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Strong Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong Decision-making skills
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a strong ability to influence and interact at all levels
