Bayview Navigation Center - Facilities Manager
2+ years of experience in facility management or janitorial supervision, high school diploma or equivalent, experience with scheduling and payroll systems
Bayview Navigation Center - Shift Supervisor
1-3 years' experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to work with diverse populations
SISTERS - Case Manager II
Bachelors Degree in related field or 4 years direct experience in case management
Bayview Navigation - Intake Coordinator
High School diploma or GED, 1+ year experience working with individuals and families in crisis, and strong organizational and communication skills
Flex Housing Case Manager III
Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; 5+ years of experience; knowledge of homeless services, trauma-informed care, and case management software. Valid driver’s license and insurance needed
Emergency Housing Voucher: Bi-lingual Case Manager III
Bachelor’s in related field (5+ yrs exp). 5+ yrs case management experience. Bi-lingual proficiency (Spanish & English) required. Strong organizational & communication skills
Roads to Recovery - Case Manager II
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Exp. in case management or related field is a plus. Basic knowledge of homelessness is helpful
Rapid Rehousing - Case Manager III
Bachelor's degree & 5 yrs experience in social work/related field. 5+ yrs management experience ( CCM/ACM). Strong communication & organizational skills
Bayview Navigation Center - Care Monitor
Ability to work with diverse staff and clientele, work independently and cooperatively, and speak clearly in English
